We do not promise a reply or a reply time, and there is no phone line or live chat.
What to include in a bug report
- The address of the tool page, for example https://pdf24tools.org/compress-pdf/.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on an iPhone.
- The settings you chose and the exact message the tool showed.
- The size and type of the file, for example a 12 MB scanned PDF with 40 pages.
Please do not attach private or confidential documents. If a problem only happens with one file, describe it, or make a copy without personal content that shows the same problem.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the tool pages themselves, in the frequently asked questions near the bottom, and in our guides. If a tool stops responding, reload the page and try again with a smaller file; large files can exceed the memory of a phone browser.
pdf24tools is independent and is not PDF24 or Geek Software GmbH. Questions about PDF24's own software or accounts have to go to them; we cannot help with those products.
