The service
pdf24tools provides free tools for PDF files and pictures that run in your web browser. There is no account and no fee. We may add, change or remove tools and pages at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.
Your files and your responsibility
Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us, so you keep full control of them. Only use files you are allowed to use: do not use the tools to remove protection from documents you have no right to open, or to break copyright or other laws. You are responsible for the content you create, for example invoices, applications or QR codes.
No warranty
The tools are offered as they are. We test them, but we cannot promise that every result is correct or complete for every file: a conversion can change a layout, compression lowers image quality, OCR can misread words, and a tool can fail on an unusual or damaged file. Always open and check a result before you rely on it, and keep your original files.
Results such as invoices, readable copies of e-invoices or signed PDFs are not legal, tax or professional advice. A readable PDF made from an XML e-invoice is a visualisation, not a validation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, pdf24tools is not liable for loss of data, profit or other damage arising from the use of the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Names and trademarks
pdf24tools is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to PDF24 or Geek Software GmbH. PDF24 is a trademark of its owner. Other names, such as Word, Excel or iPhone, belong to their owners and are used only to describe file types and devices.
